Welcome family and friends! Hope you enjoy reading about our mission in West Africa! you can also view other blogs about this mission at sierraleonefreetownmission.blogspot.com (Sister Roggia's site)
Of course mom made home made doughnuts from scratch. Of course. Why else would she get sent to such a primitive place? I mean, THE ELDERS NEED DOUGHNUTS THERE!!!
now that i know you can make donuts too. What can't you do?? Those are some lucky elders to have you guys. They are not going to let you go, when your done. I want some donuts now, thanks gloria. haha. Love you guys.
You know I don't like sweets, so this is not even making me hungry. Now if you fry up some plantain chips, I will of course be booking a flight to Freetown and I will wrestle them out of the poor elders' hands! I miss you! Nice apron, btw. I have the same one I wear in my cooking class! Now I will think of you every time I wear it!

Funny how you get the most comments on the donuts. You are in your element! I'm so happy to see your happy face. Your hair looks sooooo cute!
