The Assistants (Elder Grabau and Elder Smoot) with two new missionaries ( Elder Bangura and Elder Mansaray) and their families prior to their (the new missionaries) departure to fly to Ghana and to the MTC. President Roggia had just set the new elders apart as full time missionaries.
