This is a picture of the new Sierra Leone Freetown District Presidency. They drove to the water taxi at Government Wharf to say goodbye to Elder Sitati. We had to leave immediately after the closing prayer to get him to the water taxi on time and there was no opportunity for pictures at the conference venue.
